Void Sales (How-to)

1. Select the Operations tag;
2. Click to launch Transaction Details;
3. Click View button to list the transaction of the day. Change the selection criteria if the wanted transaction(s) is/are occurred on the day(s) before.
4. At the action column of the transaction(s), click ;
5. To double confirm the void action, click the Confirm button at confirmation page;
6. Make sure the void request is processed successfully by message returned; or else the merchant need to retry.
7. After voided, the transaction's status will be changed from "Accepted" to "Voided" and it will be logged in the Transaction Details. The voided transaction will not be settled.
8. Please note that void request must be placed BEFORE system regular settlements*. After settlement, the transactions occurred before cannot be voided.

* Note: System Regular Settlement is subject to acquiring bank.
