Request Refund (How-to)
| 1. | Select the Operations tag; |
| 2. | Click to launch Transaction Details; |
| 3. | Click View button to list the transaction of the day. Change the selection criteria if the wanted transaction(s) is/are occurred on the day(s) before. |
| 4. | At the action column of the transaction(s),
click |
| 5. | To double confirm the void action, click the Confirm button at confirmation page; |
| 6. | Then, the transaction's status will be changed from "Accepted" to "Request Refund" and it will be logged in the Transaction Details. |
| 7. | Please note that request refund must be placed WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS counting from the transaction. After the above period, the system will disable requesting refund function for that transaction. |
