Request Refund (How-to)

1. Select the Operations tag;
2. Click to launch Transaction Details;
3. Click View button to list the transaction of the day. Change the selection criteria if the wanted transaction(s) is/are occurred on the day(s) before.
4. At the action column of the transaction(s), click ;
5. To double confirm the void action, click the Confirm button at confirmation page;
6. Then, the transaction's status will be changed from "Accepted" to "Request Refund" and it will be logged in the Transaction Details.
7. Please note that request refund must be placed WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS counting from the transaction. After the above period, the system will disable requesting refund function for that transaction.
