Chargeback
A chargeback is the forced reversal of a transaction by the
credit card issuing bank.

Chargeback takes place when PayDollar receives notification from our acquiring bank/ financial institution that the cardholder's card issuing bank has received a dispute notice from the cardholder, whose card has been charged by our merchants;
- PayDollar will inform the merchant by email about the chargeback request. Counting from the date of the email, merchant will have 5 calendar days to provide evidence for defense
- If merchant fails to provide adequate evidence, the amount of concerned transaction will be chargeback;
- PayDollar will update the system and status of the concerned transaction will be changed to Chargeback;
- Please note that the judgment of dispute is subjected to the card issuing bank. PayDollar possesses NO authority to influence over the final decision of the bank. To merchant, excessive chargebacks may result in service terms revision, service suspension or even termination.
