Terms and Conditions
  1. Ticket must be collected within 92 days from the date of purchase and is valid within 180 days from the date of issue.
  2. Three consecutive days of unlimited travel refers to the recorded entry time of the first MTR train journey and lasts for 72 hours (three days) plus any additional hours up to the end of train or bus service on the last day.
  3. Travel on the Light Rail and MTR Bus (Northwest New Territories) are only effective after the first MTR journey has been made.
  4. Ticket is restricted to tourists (non-Hong Kong residents) who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
  5. The Ticket user is required to present the Ticket with valid proof of tourist status for inspection by MTR staff at any time upon request.
  6. All the ordered Ticket(s) have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed.
  7. Ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or redeemed for cash once the purchase order is confirmed.
  8. User can receive HK$50 when returning the used Ticket to any MTR or Airport Express Customer Service Centres.

  1. To collect the ordered Ticket(s), customers must bring along and present the original "Order Confirmation" email (soft or hard copies are also acceptable) at any Airport Express Customer Service Centres of Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong or Airport Station.
  2. Ticket users may authorise someone to collect the Ticket(s) on his/her behalf. The delegate must bring along and present the signed authorisation form, a copy of the “Order Confirmation" email or "Order History" and the delegate’s valid proof of identity.
  3. No additional receipt will be given upon redemption at Customer Service Centres. For any purchase validation, please refer ‘Order History’ on the website.
  4. The Ticket has incorporated the stored value facility which can be used for making payment via Octopus payment system. The stored value facility is issued under Octopus' Licence Number SVF0001. The Ticket carries no initial stored value. Value can be added to the Ticket at any time to pay for travel on other transport or travel on days outside the three days' free MTR travel or for use at locations displaying the Octopus logo. User's use of the stored value facility is governed by Octopus' Conditions of Issue. If users choose to return the Ticket, users are required to pay for any negative stored value. If the remaining value stored on the Ticket is HK$500 or more, it will be returned to MTR headquarters for processing. Users may be required to cover any charges this may incur.

  1. Use of the Ticket within the MTR network is subject to the relevant By-laws and MTR's Conditions of Issue. The Corporation reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
  2. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
